Choose our classic gut-healthy sourdough, crafted with our signature starter Timothy for a naturally balanced, easy-to-digest loaf, or go for our protein sourdough, made with Ballerina Farm protein flour and our strong starter Jacked for a heartier, more filling option. Both are baked to golden perfection with a crisp crust and soft, airy inside.

Our brown butter vanilla cookies are a cozy twist on a classic favorite. Kinda like a chocolate chip cookie, but without the chips. We start with rich browned butter to add a warm, nutty depth, then blend it with smooth vanilla for a soft, sweet, and comforting flavor in every bite.
Our cinnamon sugar crumble banana bread is soft, moist, and packed with rich banana flavor, made with ripe bananas and warm spices baked to golden perfection. It’s topped with a buttery cinnamon sugar crumble for the perfect sweet crunch, making it ideal for breakfast, a snack, or anytime you want something sweet and satisfying.
Our salted caramel chocolate chip cookies, made with soft, buttery dough, rich chocolate chips, and homemade caramel. Finished with a touch of sea salt, they’re warm, gooey, and perfectly balanced between sweet and salty.

We are a small baking business created by a culinary student at Auburn University. A passion for culinary and creativity in the kitchen has grown into a way to share fresh, homemade treats with others.
