Hey! My name is Kaitlyn Spangler and this is my small business. I have always dreamed of having my own restaurant or my own business. Opening a restaurant can be very risky and difficult so I thought for the time being I could create a small business with baking.

I am from a small town in North Carolina called Shelby. My passion for cooking definitely came from my Granna (grandma). She taught me everything I know. I would make dinner and dessert with her and she just always lit up the kitchen.

I created this small business at the beginning of my freshman year at Auburn University. I am a culinary science major in their hospitality program and it is amazing.

I work alongside my boyfriend, John-Thomas, who I have known and loved since third grade. I have taught him a lot about culinary and he absolutely loves baking. Honestly, he comes up with the best ideas and flavors.

We follow the Alabama Cottage Food Law basic Rules and Regulations. we also are SERVSAFE food handler certified. I would love to share my passion and delicious baked goods with y'all!
